HIGH-TECH LAY UP MACHINING

When it comes to composites, Bitec Division of Sample Machining, Inc uses a state-of-the-art Baron autoclave with temperatures ranging from 0°F to 650°F, a pressure range of up to 150 PSI, and the capacity to handle parts of up to 4′ in diameter and 6′ in length. The temperature and pressure are controlled by a digital Barber Coleman controller and monitored on Honeywell gauges.

CLEAN ROOM AND MACHINING CAPABILITIES

Our clean room meets the Class 10000 industry standard and is equipped with humidity and temperature control to ensure a quality environment for lay-up.
